“This is a great property. Just a five minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants on the main strip. The house was clean, quiet area and right on the bay. The property listing said there was a pool but there was not. Hopefully they will update that. Highly recommend.”

“Surf and Sand is a quaint place in a perfect location along the beach. It’s a five minute walk to the beach and a handful of great restaurants, shops, cafes and more! I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Clearwater beach that needs a reliable, safe, and comfortable home to relax. “North Beach of Clearwater Beach is where you want to be. It’s quiet but close enough to walk 10 min to all the shops and bars. All the mega hotels which in my opinion ruined CB are on south beach on the other side of the roundabout. The beaches on North beach are quiet but not dead. No crazy crowds. “This place is really cute and very clean. It has everything you need. It is in walking distance of everything. We rented a car but really didn’t need to. The area it is in is not heavily traveled and it was quiet at night. The check in was very easy. The owner was very helpful with ideas of where to go and what to see. We had a great weekend there for our anniversary!! I definitely recommend this place. ”
