“Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We……

“We LOVED our stay at this cottage. Everything was as deacribed and there were the perfect amount of amenities to get us started for the week. The communication with the owner was prompt and clear with any questions we had. It was in perfect walking distance to parks and downtown. It also had onsite parking which was a very nice feature. The best part was we could see the water and beach from the dining room windows. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.”

“We had a beautiful stay in Clearwater. The cottage was perfect for two and great walk to the beach as well as downtown. Great food everywhere we turned! We will be back!”

“We had a great week at banana breeze. The photos online don’t do it justice, as it was just recently renovated. Grounds were beautiful and it was right in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, etc. James was a great host and super accommodating. We will be back! ”

“We were pleasantly surprised at the recent upgrades from what the pictures of the listing showed. Clean place & great location.Neighbors were a bit loud but it was spring break so not the hosts fault. Recommend white noise if visiting over spring break. ”

“Boho chic...Inviting... Beach as promised just a hop skip and a jump from your front door. Which by the way you literally parked right in front of. The walking and town experience was so much fun. Cpt. Al and staff were a joy. They only super minor issue I had was was checking in but with the help of house keeping we were in the blue corner cottage and on the beach within minutes. Best burger I have ever had was at the palms,see Shianne and great pizza and mussels at The Salty Crab..Ask for……

“Place qas disgusting and dirty. Old mattresses electric went off all sandy floor when checked in. Dark and dingy place. Extremely disappointing ”

“So close to the beach that i didn't even bother with flip flops when heading there. The kitchen has everything that you need to make your own meals. We never bother to rent a car when we go to Clearwater a the walking and trolley are excellent there. The trolley runs by 50 yards from the cottage. ”
