“货不对办，订三人有起居屋223平方尺，入住是不能加床的双人房在路边加一張极细的床，双人床没路行去厕所，只剩房咭宽度的路，要挎過单人床，夜晚起身去厕所极不安全，没逃生路，非常危险。投诉没門，只能交消委會。”

“Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, maar is goed bereikbaar met het OV. Ik had een kamer aan de straatkant en dat was tegen mijn verwachting in rustig. De kamer was netjes en erg ruim, dat vond ik heerlijk! Het ontbijt was prima en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een fijn hotel in een rustige omgeving. ”

“Hotel is literally across to Bern HB, very convenient! And just across the street there is a COOP supermarket. Room was clean and comfortable, just one of the front desk lady was not very friendly, as if she's not welcome us just because we arrived before check-in time started. Other than that the rest of our stay was quite enjoyable.”
