“We were in North Port to attend my aunt's funeral and our host was so kind to extend our departure time to accomodate us The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.We will reserve again if we are returning to North Port.”

“Great location. Excellent communication with the property managers - they were out to look at a minor issue right away! House was clean, modern and VERY well stocked. The boat was such a fun part of this house. We could go out for short trips just to check out the area versus renting a boat for a day and hoping the weather was good. Pool was so nice on the hot days and cool nights. We had an issue with the heat but the managers were out asap to correct the issue. Definitely an a plus for……

“Overall was an average stay. The house was a bit run down with only 4 towels for the whole stay and many sheets junky pilled stretched out and rolled into a ball and put in a corner of closet. Old very cheap sheets as well, not to mention the pillows were super dirty and old. No mattress covers or pillow covers, ants all over kitchen counters upon arrival, inside of coffee maker filthy, couch was old and the second anyone sat on it we sank way down and it was not comfortable at all.
