“We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But……

“There were odds and ends that were unclean or not stocked (hair in the shower, no extra toilet paper, only one of the two key cards present - and did not work, we had to go to guest services). There was also LOUD construction happening directly on the patio every single morning starting early (Around 8am) and could not sleep any longer. There is also no AC, but the fan works really well! Parking is also easy! Shy is super friendly and helpful - and was quick to restock toilet paper and fix the……
