“Bed was advertised as a queen, but was actually a double. ”

“We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But……

“We spent three nights in a one bedroom cabin and enjoyed every minute of our time. We were greeted warmly at check in and found our unit to be clean and comfortable. The basics (soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee) were provided. We loved the bbq! The hot tub and pool were a nice addition. We wish that we had been told about the boil water advisory when we were phoned to confirm or even at check in. It would've saved us a second trip to the grocery store. But other than that- it……

“We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Horsethief Lodge, Panorama. Our unit was lovely and clean with everything you’d need for your stay. Great to be able to cook in your own place and enjoy your own patio. We loved taking the gondola up to the pools and various activities. Loved the mountain coaster, mini golf and beautiful trails. We will return. ”
