“A few years ago this would be the premiere property in the area. Starting to look dated though - rugs in hallways, room walls pretty damaged, tub areas not great. Just looking a bit worn out overall. The pools are amazing though, 2 of them, plus 2 hot tubs. Both were nicely heated and the pool area/hot tub areas were clean. ”

“The hotel was nice. Only thing was when I went to shower at 9:30pm there was no hot water. It was barely lukewarm. Fastest shower I ever took. Also the hair dryer was broken. Otherwise it was a nice room. ”

“check in was 4:00 but place wasn't ready until 7:20pm. Dishwasher had dishes in it that weren't cleaned properly, laundry detergent bottle was empty, bathroom lights flickered, bathroom fan didn't work, shower heads sprayed water all over the place. Location was great, beds were comfortable, pool table in the suite was fun, apartment was roomy and underground parking was excellent. ”

“The property was in a gorgeous location. The previous group had trashed the place and there were some residual issues, which I realize is not the owners fault, but some compensation would have been nice. The description given on Expedia is not entirely accurate. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house. Two kings and 2 queens plus 2 doubles and 4 twins. It sleeps 16 not 18. There was not much for toiletries. The non stick frying pans were trashed. We had to go buy one to make breakfast. The most……
