“We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would……

“Lovely neighbourhood, peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. Suite was comfortable, cozy, and clean. Spacious patio with amazing views and a porch swing. Very private, surrounded by trees. Spotted deer twice!Our host, Doug, was welcoming and gracious. Appreciated the freshly roasted coffee, snacks, thoughtful amenities, the charging cables by the bed, and the extra blanket in the living room. And two playful dogs in the garden to greet us.The location was easy to get to and also……

Beds are very comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Kitchen is great... the only thing we wished for was a few more dishes, especially bowls. Panorama area never disappoints. “We enjoyed this property for 2 weeks in June-July, including the Canada day holiday. Large covered deck overlooking tidal lagoon is very relaxing. Enjoyed the Canada Day events in Sidney and riding bikes to Swartz Bay ferries for day trips. We may well return next summer. If we go again we would check tide table ahead of time for afternoon paddleboarding. Interior of property comfortable. ”
