“The contact person was very prompt with answers. When we had problem with the heat they responded quickly with instructions and were able to mitigate. We were very impressed with supplies that were available for use. I have stayed many places that didn't have anything. There were plentyof towels, coffee supplies, cleaning supplies, all the kitchen utensils we needed, spices and dishes. There was laundry detergent, and shampoo and soap. We were a 10 min walk from Roger Centre and everything……

“This location was perfect for our family. The house was clean, and we had a place to park our car. The close proximity to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls was amazing. ”

“This property was as advertised and fit our needs. Towels were missing from the restrooms so there was no way to easily dry our hands. The shower in the on-suite bathroom didnt appear to have been cleaned recently. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay. ”

“The place is nice and clean, however the 2nd floor shower has very little water pressure if you use the hot water, so my husband ended up showering with cold water. But overall it was a really good stay. ”

“Was good because of the loft allowing the kids to sleep upstairs. But very open concept , can hear everything between the 2 locations. But better than paying double the price to have a 2 bedroom. ”
