“This historic house is just beautiful. So many details around the house that show respect for it's history. It's walking distance from the falls (about a mile), and less than half a mile from the original town of Niagara Falls. Parking close to the falls is pricy, so it's really nice to be able to walk. “This is a lovely place, our room was on the west side of the building and had its own little area with outdoor seating and a mini fire pit. Room itself was nice as well, there was no AC but we had a fan and it was fine. Jim who is the property owner also lives on the property so it is a shared space with other occupants as well who used the other guest houses. He was easy to call and ask questions to. The front of the lake was also shared with the other guests so we were not able to use the deck……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Easy to locate and in a quiet setting. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a large downstairs with big kitchen. Very clean! Only negative was the living room seating…not very comfortable. I would rent this place again. Communication was good also.”

“We had a great stay for a family vacation end of July. Location was great to visit near by areas. Host gave wonderful suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Host was also very responsive when needed. Outdoor furniture could use some upgrades (add some Adirondacks to sit and look at the water around the fire pit and a more comfortable sectional) but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Cheers! ”
