“I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. But it is in a very nice, quiet treelined neighborhood, with cafes, takeouts and basic shopping an easily walkable distance. BC place is a……

“The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and patio were very comfortable, clean and well supplied (including welcome wine bottle). Excellent!What was disappointing was:1) The featured hot tub was inaccessible with a 3' wall to climb in order to enter the water. For most renters over 60 that is too dangerous to attempt. Please put in higher stairs.2) The location by the water is great but the windows are too high for any view and there is a high wall on the patio that obstructs the view as well. 3)……

“We enjoyed our stay here while on a work retreat. Rooms were great and the projector/meeting area was good for work discussions. We also enjoyed downtime in the great room, outdoor property, and using the entertainment amenities . Kitchen was nice and large, allowing easy prep of large meals. Our stay was interrupted by a power outage for the area due to a severe storm but the host was accommodating and dropped off supplies. The host was very flexible and accommodating with us cutting our visit……
