“Host called us to ask if everything was okay… nice touch! Host helpful finding a restaurant. Would have liked a small kettle to boil water and real cream available at the desk for my coffee on arrival. The coffee mate is pure chemicals and toxic!”

“Friendly staff even though my room card has been on and off for 3 times. She patiently assisted me to make sure my room card worked again. Highly recommended! Clean room , especially the floor. Even though my kids wore sock and ran around, sock was still white.”

Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”
