“I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. “The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and patio were very comfortable, clean and well supplied (including welcome wine bottle). Excellent!What was disappointing was:1) The featured hot tub was inaccessible with a 3' wall to climb in order to enter the water. For most renters over 60 that is too dangerous to attempt. Please put in higher stairs.2) The location by the water is great but the windows are too high for any view and there is a high wall on the patio that obstructs the view as well. 3)……

“Nice stay, generally very quiet except for some expected traffic, but overall felt safe and easy access to public transit. Many restaurants nearby walking distance. Host communication was detailed and fast. Would stay here again.”

“What a beautiful spot! Great house with amazing views. We saw orcas swimming by! The kitchen is well setup and the layout was great for our group. Loved having the pool table and fire pit! The hosts were friendly and communicated well, helping with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.”

“When we arrived the outdoor cushions were left outside & the BBQ was dirty which I had to clean. When we left, we followed the cleanup instructions to the T. We cleaned the BBQ, washed all the towels, cleaned all the dishes..etc. They accused us of not cleaning the BBQ & breaking a coffee pot that we never used because we brought our own French Press so they charged us $75 for a trumped up & bogus accusations. It is located on a very windy and narrow road up the coast so ensure you have a confident and experienced driver and bring groceries with you before leaving Kelowna. The suite itself was clean and was well appointed (no coffee maker though). It was quiet, private and had wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
