“The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family.”

“The rooms are simple and very clean. We had a ground floor room facing the river. Outstanding! Lovely seating areas to watch the wildlife on the river. We saw a beaver, muskrat, mallards, wood ducks, blue jays, geese, crows,etc. A short drive into town for food or to the beach (gorgeous). The room had a shower/bathtub combo, DVD player, live TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a kettle. Free wifi. We would definitely book again!”

“It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. “The resort is located in the country area at the river bank, you have your own private dock, private deck you can sit down and enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural. The view is great, you can see the clear reflection of the colorful trees on the river side. The owner is very friendly, and check us in very quickly. The closest supermarket and restaurant are 20+ miles away, but I would rather think it is a just a pre-condition to give you such a good spot in the natural. ”
