“This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. The restaurants provided a lot of choices and so you can get what you want there, even pizzas and others. The rooms are clean. Even though I am not familiar with the change of the booking system and made a major mistake, both Sennca Hotel and hotels.com tried their very best to sort out the problem. They are……

“It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.”

“Excellent experience staying at 1 hotel. Very clean hotel and very attentive staff with easy communication via text. Loud neighbours partying in middle of night next door keeping us up but as soon as we notified the hotel staff they ensured the problem was resolved quickly. ”
