“A long weekend stay in September. The weather was perfect for swimming. I give is 4 for cleanliness as the kitchen floor and entry needed a cleaning when we arrived. We contacted Paul and things were rectified immediately. We enjoyed the beach, the water views, the walks in Point Pelee park and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. “The property was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Lots of windows with a few that can be a little stiff when trying to close or open the metal exterior blinds but manageable. On our first day it was cool and windy on the lake with huge waves crashing against the rocks out front and splashing against the large bay windows, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Had unexpected guests arrive for a few drinks and late night hot tub but unfortunately tub water level wasn't checked……

“We booked on short notice so we could participate in the Rice Moon freighter canoe tour that night at Point Pelee. Communication with the owner went smoothly and the place was sweet: simple and nice furnishings, clean and very spacious. It needed a bit of an air out when we got there but all else was very good. :)”

Very nearby to beaches, and the ferry dock both in Leamington, and approximately 15 away from Kingsville. Definitely recommend a visit to Pelee Island. “This was a perfect location for our group of six seniors who came to Pelee for the fall migration. The home was lovely with plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, outdoor seating was ample and right at the edge of the lake. We enjoyed campfires on 2 of the evenings we were there.
