“I spent three nights at this cabin with my kids and we very much enjoyed our stay. Lots of space and all the comforts of home. It's tucked away in a wooded area but still just a short drive away from all the attractions in Sudbury. Very quiet and private, I scarcely heard a peep from the neighbours the whole time. We didn't use the hot tub, but my teen enjoyed the pool table and we made use of the multiple TV options. There is no air conditioning so it did get hot at times, but there were lots……

“Beautiful house with lots of room for our extended family. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The hot tub was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“Overall, the appartment was kind of sketchy. It is definitely not beautiful, and if it was newly renovated, it is in need of more renovation. There is peeling paint in places, some of the baseboards are coming off, all the heat/ventilating registers are all covered over with tape and paper, doorknobs don't work, mousetraps were set in various places. It was also quite dirty - it doesn't look like the appartment in the picture. It also should be noted in the ad that it is a basement appartment.……

“We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.”

“The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. ”
