“It was a quick stay after concert, but bed was comfortable and enjoyed the stay! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that evening and not open in morning until 11:00 so we had to go find breakfast elsewhere.”

“Walked in & the young lady (forgot to ask for her name new hire) explained that the manager was just with another guest & she hadn’t been there long enough to check me in, which was fine. She was incredibly courteous & had me fill in the paperwork needed instructing me incredibly. At that time the manager came back & seamlessly checked me in. Kudos to the first young lady & I seriously hope this location holds onto her as her customer service skills are phenomenal! I have been in the same kind……
