“To start with the positives: the room we were in had a big bay window at the front that offered a view of the lake, which gives the hotels name. Tina was lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The negatives are that it is a very old hotel and the photos they had listed on their page was not what the hotel was at all. “Room was clean and well kept. We were there for a week and the elevator needed to be cleaned day one. It was never cleaned or wiped down. The breakfast included was good. Although it could have been better maintained during breakfast hours. The parking isnt great especially since the area seemed to have a lot of drug users. “We stayed here with my two boys passing through on a road trip, specifically because of the pools and they loved it. I found them a tad cold, but the kids were in heaven. Wish the indoor hot tub had been working. Only other comments would be the pullout sofa mattress is horrible, you can feel EVERY spring, and the kitchenette needs dishes and cutlery stocked without needing to ask for it. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again!”
