“We had an excellent stay at Hush Lodge and Cottages this Victoria long weekend. We had a room in the lodge with a king size bed. It was so spacious! It was wonderful to have a large room with a table and chairs, a couch and large TV. Our room and bathroom was IMPECCABLY clean and modern. “It's hard to schedule time during the summer as it is my husband's busy season. This is a piece of paradise and a reminder of the beauty of ontario. The property is exceptional and beautifully set up. Access to rooms so easy with key codes. Boats for free usage with incredible, long river channel near by. "As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
