“The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything you need. It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend.”

“All good, but if you have anyone with mobility issues, the stairs would present an obstacle ”

“We booked and paid a month before. And for the 5 days leading up to our stay I messaged the host asking for check in details. We arrived in Oshawa and still could not get info from the host. We ended up having to contact VRBO head office for a refund then find ourselves a place to stay. It wasn’t fun.”

“Misinformation about kitchen vs kitchenette. No kettle or coffee maker. If it suggests sleeps 5 there should be enough cutlery, bowls, plates etc. There was Not.Marks all on walls. No curtains on basement windows.Noise at all hours from the house and 2nd basement apartment.Difficult check in with simple locks and separate padlock which locked us out. Information about self check in and out was not forthcoming. Would not stay there again. ”

“There are so many rooms in this house that it’s a great space for the money. But it is exactly as pictured several moths ago with very sparse furnishings. And it seems to be the only occupied house in a neighborhood of 200+ others under construction. But it served our group’s purposes.”
