“Lovely area and very large, bright space. Mostly well equipped. Lots of room and great closet space. Glass doors on entry door and shower doors were quite dirty. No information about what to do with towels, garbage and recycling when leaving. Main thing to improve is a motion detcction light on the stairs going down the hill to the door at the back of the property. Very difficult to see the steps and very easy to trip at night. I came back after dark both nights and could have easily tripped.……

“We booked and paid a month before. And for the 5 days leading up to our stay I messaged the host asking for check in details. We arrived in Oshawa and still could not get info from the host. We ended up having to contact VRBO head office for a refund then find ourselves a place to stay. It wasn’t fun.”

“The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything you need. It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend.”

No curtains on basement windows.Noise at all hours from the house and 2nd basement apartment.Difficult check in with simple locks and separate padlock which locked us out. Information about self check in and out was not forthcoming. Would not stay there again. ”

“There are so many rooms in this house that it’s a great space for the money. But it is exactly as pictured several moths ago with very sparse furnishings. And it seems to be the only occupied house in a neighborhood of 200+ others under construction. But it served our group’s purposes.”

“Photos are of several units so you dont know what you get till you arrive. At check-in the unit was dirty with everything from human hair, dirt, glitter, and mold. We took the first two days to wash and clean everything and even at that point we did not feel safe unpacking our things. As photographed, there was black mold in the bathroom and detached laundry room which you have to access through a shoddily constructed patio made of plywood.
