“Outstanding stay. The room is so spacious! Can't beat the price!”

“Enjoyed our stay, but would not stay on the 2nd floor again. Walls are too thin. Also, a minor inconvenience, our reservations with Expedia said King Suite with full size refrigerator. We were given a King room with a mini frig. There really needs to be clarification with Expedia.”

“Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”

“We chose this place based purely on its location and hoped for the best. It didn’t wow us, but it didn’t disappoint. My biggest issue is that there was no one in the office for check in, our key was in an envelope with our names on it taped to the office door with a page of instructions, and we had to call the number on the instruction sheet to find out about things like the wifi only to be told that it was in “the notebook”. The notebook they referred to was buried in a basket that I had to dig……

“My room was so cozy. An electric fireplace warmed up the room just perfect. The room had a balcony and the area is so quiet. ”

“Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”
