“The penthouse was amazing. Very spacious and clean, with a fully stocked kitchen (including eggs and real coffee). The balcony was exactly like the pictures, with a nice breeze overlooking the bay. The hammock was also nap tested and approved! Quick walk one direction into town, the other direction for beaches, hikes, and the interpretive center. We wished we had stayed there a few more days, it was so relaxing. ”

“The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.”

“Nice place - it is exactly how it displays online. Clean, basic hotel a little away from the centre of town, but still only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with one of the local laundries being closed. Recommend.”

“Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job……
