“We do a lot of traveling and this was by far our worst experience ever with a stay anywhere in the world. We reserved a first floor unit many months in advance because we are in our 60s and have mobility issues and do not want to climb stairs. However when we showed up we were told that the only unit available was a second floor unit with a long flight of stairs to get to it. We asked about our first floor unit and we were told it was not available even though the property did not look……
