“We loved our stay at the Renaissance! At check-in, we were upgraded to an ocean view room with a balcony. So, off to a great start right away. The room was beautiful and provided a great ocean view, along with the man made beach. We stayed in room 205, which was perfect for us. Steps away from Starbucks for a quick morning coffee, and just down the hall from the entrance to the beach and pool. The man made beach was beautiful! “The resort grounds and restaurants were beautiful and very well kept. It had such a relaxed vibe and lots of character all throughout the resort. We enjoyed our stay very much. The main issue that we had was that the room itself was not as clean and well kept as the rest of the resort. It seems to be lacking the deep cleaning that should be done in addition to the regular housekeeping. The floor in our room was vinyl and it felt dirty and gross. The floors need an upgrade. “ Very pretty resort and not overly crowded. Dining options were less than expected but good food at the three dinner restaurants. Website made it sound like more options. Very loud at night with entertainment right under the rooms and thin walls. Beautiful water and pool. ”

“Very nice property. Rooms are updated. There are two pools both were very nice. I really liked the adults only pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful. No walkable restaurants so we ate at hotel most nights and the options are limited to really 3 restaurants and the menus are okay. Also it’s a 35$ taxi from airport. Flat rate.”
