“The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We had made reservations in another hotel, but after reading the reviews, we decided to come to the Renaissance; and it was great. There people like Isabel, Martina, Michelangelo, Ruth, Tyriq, Marlouse, Jorge, Alexis, Ashanti and Lenny work really hard to make your stay the most worry free stay you can have. “Overall we had a great stay. Had a few issues which were resolved but caused some delays. Reservations were VERY limited and most were taken before 8am. Towels on a few days were nonexistent and we were told we'd just have to wait. Staff for the most part were nice though of course you have a few who were rude. My biggest complaint was the "adults only" aspect is not even close to true. So many kids in our hotel and coming over from the shared property next door. Shouldn't advertise……

“My only reason to provide 4 out of 5 stars is the visitors who smoke in non-smoking areas and that is very annoying for me who can't stand the smell of cigarettes.
