“I hope I can put into words what a special place the Plantation Lodge is and how it has a place in my heart now. It was truly magical. I would hands down recommend a stay to anyone here who wants a lovely, peaceful, stress free environment. From the generously portioned breakfast made with loving hands from Loeki (the pancakes yumm, omelets, fresh juices and coffee all of it - the best)!! “The hotel was great except for two things. The main restaurant Hemingways is not very good. We ate at the the other restaurants nearby that were much better. Second issue the noise. They played very loud music until around 11:00 each night that made it difficult to watch TV or go to sleep. ”

“It is a beautiful and clean facility in a very nice area during the day. Close to restaurants and beaches. Pool gorgeous. We had a beachfront suite with view of the water, which we paid plenty for. The main problem was the extremely loud music on the beaches until midnight. The hotel can’t help that, but it would have been good to understand this before choosing the room. The staff was excellent and good taxi service available. ”

“Beautiful property, we had a complimentary upgrade and the room was amazing. We felt right at home, had all the amenities you need. “Nice location close to shops and restaurants. The unit we had featured a full kitchen and living area as well as a lovely patio facing the ocean. The food at the restaurant was very good; however, the service was very slow so we only ate there twice for that reason. The unit had A/C in the bedrooms only, which was fine, but there are no screens on the windows, so by the end of our stay, we had some flying insects in the kitchen/living area.
