“Loved Kontiki. I was a solo traveler and I felt safe at the resort. I loved that it was not too far from the town. The staff was very friendly, guest services was quick to answer any questions I had. Loved that housekeeping came and cleaned the room. “I came early for check in and the offered me to store my luggage. Walking distance into the town where all the hot hang out spots are. Front desk staff and maintenance was great. The bar staff are really chill and open to trying to make drinks off the menu. The Mini market always has fresh pasteries in the morning and very friendly. Ohh the staff made sure I watched my El Classico game and yes Barcelona won. Will be back definitely…”

“This resort was quality for the money! I would choose this resort again if I return to Curaçao! Chuna, the bartender, at the pool bar took excellent care of us, which was very much appreciated! Most of the staff were great and nice! Steven (sp) at reception could not have been any nicer! He went above and beyond for us!! I highly recommend this resort, but I will mention if you do book this place, I would reserve restaurants in advance as that was the only thing we couldn’t do when we arrived.……

“BijBlauw is a small Boutiquehotel directly on the Oceanfront. It has a very good restaurant directly in front of the sea. My room no. 9 was so beautiful with a big terrass overlooking the sea. The terrass is well equiped with 2 sunbeds, a small table, a big table with chairs and a bench. The location of the hotel in the beautiful Pietermaai area is great. You can explore Willemstad very easily by foot. All of the staff is so kind and helpful. I had a marvellous stay and defintely want to come……

“We had a wonderful stay at Bayside Boutique Hotel! The staff were genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our visit. They even provided electrical outlet adaptors, which was a thoughtful touch that made things easier for us. The concierge was excellent—helping us arrange tours and offering great tips for getting around the island. The beach was absolutely beautiful—clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!”
