“I would say everything was just as expected for an 4 star hotel .. only thing that was surprising to me was the room furniture they were very worn out and shout out Macy the Jamaican girl up front wonderful job and housekeeping did great”

“We loved our stay at the Renaissance! At check-in, we were upgraded to an ocean view room with a balcony. So, off to a great start right away. The room was beautiful and provided a great ocean view, along with the man made beach. We stayed in room 205, which was perfect for us. Steps away from Starbucks for a quick morning coffee, and just down the hall from the entrance to the beach and pool. The man made beach was beautiful! Lots of available seating and the sand bottom pool was perfect. The……

“Though we did have a few bumps with internet and laundry, those were resolved in a couple of minutes and didn't interfere with our stay too much. This was a perfect home for our large grouo of 16. We loved our stay!”

“Property was so quiet but offered so much. Several pools,hot tub, bar, restaurant, massages. Staff was incredibly nice & helpful. Location amazing so close to mambo beach & more!!! Great for families as units offered great space, kitchen balcony overlooking the water! Was a great stay!”
