We had one very minor glitch with a planned activity and they went above and beyond to make it up to (thanks Luis!). The facility is very well maintained and location is fantastic for easy walking around the city. We are already planning our next visit”

“The staff was good. The area around the resort is lower mid-class. Some noisy bikers like to roam the area before midnight . I never got any VIP perk as promised by Expedia . ”
