“It was very pleasant to be at the Serenade Hotel. We enjoyed every moment on it. Clean rooms, good room services, they placed beer and water every day on the fridge. “This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.”

“This was an amazing resort! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. We booked the preferred junior suite with a private pool and really enjoyed that in the evenings! The quiet areas were our favorite. The lazy river cabanas are the best! Carlos was our butler - he was AMAZING and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special. We did not care for the food at Olio but other restaurants were great. We wish the resort had a mocktail menu. It was……
