“The property was green and prestigious. Quite and safe. The staff was the best. All friendly and welcoming. Our personal concierges Eddie and Jose were top notch. From the beginning to the end they were there to assist in anything we needed. Bravo to Melia for having such amazing, caring staff. It make you want to come back again because you feel like family. ”

“Overall this place was very nice, clean and close to some of the beaches. The pool was very nice and everyone at the complex was super nice I do recommend it”

“The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“The tropical gardens around the hotel made the place very beautiful. The pool was huge and clean with many loungers available. The beach was quiet and offered perfect swimming conditions. I also loved the evening cocktails prepared at the bar.”

“The hotel in Punta Cana was stunning with a crystal clear pool that had plenty of sunbeds. I enjoyed relaxing there every afternoon with a cocktail. The beach was only a short walk away and had soft white sand. The atmosphere was calm and perfect for resting.”

“Even though the hotel is close to restaurants and shops, it still felt like a peaceful retreat. My suite had a lovely view of the garden, with plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the coffee was excellent. The rooftop pool was a great spot to meet other travelers. The private beach made it easy to enjoy the water without crowds. ”
