“They have great nightly shows & the resort staff are very fun and friendly especially Chocolate! Very welcoming and they love to dance! Our AC in our room was not working & our room was up to 83° when we told them, they said it was a general problem- that it would be fixed, but it was never fixed. Food options weren’t the best, and you need to make reservations for everything but the buffet. But, we stayed Thursday thru Tuesday and majority of the restaurants were closed. “The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“Everything was great about the stay, nothing to complain! The check in was super easy; the host coordinated with me on my arrival time and was available to show me around the property, give me dinner recommendations etc. The room was cozy and clean. My rental car was parked in front of the property during the nights and it was completely safe.
