“we stayed for 8 days and let me tell you, I would go back tomorrow if I could and stay at this same resort again regardless of the many options you have on the island. The food was so delicious and there are many options for dining. The resort is incredibly clean!!!! All the trees and flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The shuttle is nice to and from the beach. Like I said the whole resort was manicured to perfection! The nightlife is fun as well and the staff ensured you had a great night! All……

Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“HOTELS.COM服务很差，电话沟通就花了几百美金，要求全部取消订房，只取消了一间，酒店同意退款，HOTELS.COM却不给退款，请问房款去哪里了？请各位朋友以此为鉴。酒店前台素质超级差，花费了一个小时才CHECK IN，十一点半到，凌晨一点才入住。态度相当差！”

Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service.……
