“I want to start off by saying their room service and customer service in general is UNMATCHED. By far the best I’ve ever had in my life. Everyone on the resort is very friendly and nice. The entire resort is clean and up-kept. The only issues I had was a sewer smell in my room the came and went throughout my stay. “The property on the adults only side was very nice. It’s a quiet vibe with lots of places to relax and soak up the sun. Food was good, I felt there were plenty of options between the adult and family side of the resort. Things to be aware of, make reservations for all your dining immediately. They fill up fast and you need to plan for this. Be prepared to be annoyed by the amount of solicitation from vendors. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars, the beach needs to be private and they……
