“Where do I begin. This property is SO unique! The grounds are stunning, with lush vegetation and unique architecture. The staff, including a man who works at the front desk (the one who speaks multiple languages and is always in the best mood possible while being genuine and not overly fake which is a HUGE asset to a boutique hotel of this kind. “They have great nightly shows & the resort staff are very fun and friendly especially Chocolate! Very welcoming and they love to dance! Our AC in our room was not working & our room was up to 83° when we told them, they said it was a general problem- that it would be fixed, but it was never fixed. Food options weren’t the best, and you need to make reservations for everything but the buffet. But, we stayed Thursday thru Tuesday and majority of the restaurants were closed.
