“I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day.……

“Staff was helpful and friendly. My major issue was with the dining process. The a la carte restaurants, Oriental Fusion, Mediterranean, Latin Fusion, Atlantis can only be booked/reserved once in a 7 day stay. Breakfast, lunch and other dinners are served in El Lago, the buffet restaurant. I walk with a brace on my left leg and use a cane with my right hand, making it difficult to get my food and bring it to the table. No options for a sit down meal.”
