“I rented the penthouse with hot tub, and when I got there the room they took us to was a penthouse no hot tub. I showed my itinerary and they even told me to call Expedia to show them what I purchased and Maria wanted to argue that it wasn’t what I choose and that she was the manager. I again called Expedia to send me over the amenities included and sure enough the hot tub was on the booking. It took 2 hrs for us to get in the correct room. There was no need to argue about what I did or didn’t……
