“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“We had a nice time staying at the Reef, but were disappointed in the lack of choices for dinner without the necessity of traveling to one of the other three Atlantis locations. I was also very disappointed in the lack of places to shop for souvenirs. I had to pay for a taxi downtown to find proper souvenir shops.”

“Nice place. Rooms are small but clean. Oceanview room means partial glimpse at best. Town around the hotel opens and closes when the cruise ships arrive and depart. ”

“Keva went above and beyond her duties to secure some dinner reservations for us. She was super nice and helpful and we greatly appreciated it. Tacashanae at the front desk showed much patience and understanding when dealing with a large family and some issues they were having. I was impressed.”

“This hotel is not all-inclusive. Buffet is about 42 USD. Taxis are available at the hotel but may cost you between 40-50 USD dollar a trip. Fort Charlotte is close by. Marriott provides an easy walk to the beach and to the cable beach strip, wherein lies Junkanoo Beach. Easy walk to twin brothers and other small shops to buy mango smoothies, jelly-coconut, fast food, good cook food, and more. The people on the side of the road sell cheaper souvenirs than in shops like Twin Brothers. Try to eat……

“The Cove was beautiful with lush plants and water features filled with fish. The open air walkways had views of the ocean and pools. It was very clean and there were employees constantly available to answer questions or assist those staying at the Cove. ”

“Don't go by other reviews on here. There is nothing wrong with this place! For the price it's unbeatable. I guess everyone wants their resort to be exactly like Baha Mar for $3,000 a night...but want to pay only $300 a night...and then complain about it. ”

“The front desk staff was amazing. The concierge were sometimes incredible and other times felt like I was talking to a bot - they would reply to one question but ignore the others. The restaurant staff were great. The poolside service was slow and frustrating. Rooms were beautiful.”

“Went in April 2025. Had a 1 bedroom. Loved that harborside rooms had kitchens and balcony, was set away from thw business of royal/reef/coral, but close enough to walk and/or use the shuttle. Very close walk to Marina Village where most restaurants are. There was so much to do at Atlantis for adults and kiddos! Will definitely be back!”
