“After a lot of problems with the booking was pleasantly surprised at check in. Requested an early check in and as soon as we arrived the room was ready. The view from the room was beautiful and room was cleaned and turned down everyday. The shuttle service was great and we used it a lot. Never waited more than 5 minutes. “While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from……
