“When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. “We had an absolutely wonderful time in Exuma. The house and property were nicer than the pictures! The property owner was so responsive and we loved the central location so we could explore both sides of the island. The power did go out a couple of times but it comes back on and property owner said they are getting a backup generator. Honestly didn’t really affect us. Only suggestion would be a couple more beach chairs but other than that we would come here again in a heartbeat!!!”

“Our group of 10 had a great stay! Exuma is beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. All of us cooked & ate most breakfasts and dinners at the large indoor dining room table most days and it worked out great. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked well for this.Master bedroom and bath is very nice and spacious. 2nd bedroom with queen bed is big enough and has it's own bathroom. Loft bedroom is a little more private that we were thinking it would be, but it does not have a door so sound……

“The property has quick access to a beautiful beach. The area was quiet, perfect for well deserved time down. We paid a reduced rate of 40/day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach, well worth it, There are some shade areas on the beach where many just laid towels. Steve was very prompt to answer any questions and was great to work with.”
