“We have stayed at Palmetto Cottage 2 years in a row. It is a beautiful property in a fabulous location. It is homey, has central AC, if needed, and lots of kitchen goods for cooking meals. Both the inside living space and the porch were great for sitting and relaxing. The sandbar and beach are stunning. ”

The property Manager was SO fast to respond - set up gold carts for us, dropped off propane when we ran out- just on top of everything! We are already planning our next trip. “Valerie is absolutely the best host!!! What an amazing place to stay! My wife and I stayed at one of her cottages for a week and couldn't have been happier we picked this place. The location was perfect: half way between George Town for shopping/eating and the best remote beaches on Little Exuma, and easy kayak access to the Lazy River. The cottage itself was quaint and simple yet had everything we needed. The screened porch was our daily morning coffee spot with a peaceful million dollar view……

“Exuma Sol was the perfect unit for our group. It was clean, comfortably decorated with an island flair, and had all the necessities plus so many extras. The location just outside of George Town gave us easy access to everything. Before, during and after our stay, Mike and Karilynn always responded to questions, recommendations, etc. very quickly. We can't wait to return and Exuma Sol will be our choice!”

“Everything about this trip was absolute perfection! The house was fabulous and we had zero issues. The lounging patio out back was amazing to relax in the mornings and evenings. So close to the beach. We watched every sunset. Found conchs and starfish at the nearby beach as we strolled along. The water is the most amazing I’ve ever seen. Every question I had for April, she responded to in a very quick time. We will definitely be coming back and staying in another of their……
