“The location was ideal and the property was gorgeous and well appointed. Easy. Comfortable. Proximity to beaches, restaurants, stores was very convenient. We all had a fabulous trip and loved this unit snd Hideaways. The hosts were gracious, responded promptly to any questions and were very accommodating. ”

“Valerie was a great host. The pool was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. The location is great. A short kayak trip over to Moriah Harbor Cay with secluded beautiful beaches. Would love to stay again. ”

“First time in Exuma, and this place was perfect for what GF and I needed. Location was great as a grocery store was right there, and pretty central on the island to get to all the beaches. Right on the water with a small sand beach area to yourself. Two kayaks were a nice surprise that we used on several locations. The owner did have a small rental car that met are needs, but be prepared for rough roads to the house and in other areas of the island. If we come back, we will bring our own……

“The property is in a secluded area therefore it is very private. What I loved most is that it is in a central area and near to the airport and beaches. It has a kitchenette in case you prefer to cook your own meal, this I made much use of. Overall my stay was splendid. I would vacation there again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Cottage Oleander by the Tropic of Cancer beach! The cottage was adorable & Valerie & Pierre were amazing. The location was so quiet & peaceful, plus it was a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. I highly recommend staying here.”

“We had a wonderful time at Hoopers Bay Villas. The cottages are across the street from the beach and access is easy. We stayed in the Yellow Elder cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!? The hosts, William and Priscilla are lovely people and always available to help or answer questions. Loved they cute beach decor in the cottage. The cottages are also private.……

“Our group of 3 stayed at the Tranquility house for 5 nights. Overall, a great house close to Tropic of Cancer beach. There’s a little beach bar shack at the beach (Brea’s) that’s open starting around 11 am. We packed lunches and brought our bags to the beach each day with little trouble. The beach and water is incredible. Very quiet and a great place to relax. The house fit us perfectly. I would say 6 ppl max if you want to be comfy. Has the basics for cooking. Plenty of beach towels. Two good……

“Ms Dorothy is such a pleasure to work with. House is as described and views are beautiful! You can access the ocean by a tiny walk to some stairs at the property next door. What a wonderful idea of providing a car. Was perfect for all your needs! ”

“Myself, wife, and 4 kids---ages 19-25---finally able to get to the Bahamas after too many years of school and sports commitments.But it was worth the wait.Casita Azul is comfortable and modern---great AC, water system, and internet---everything you needed was available....but we spent very little time in the house as the area and beach is amazing. Great set up.Nice kayaks, small deck down near the beach, and one of the best beaches in the world. If you like the true Bahamas, this area is for……

“I COULD GO ON AND ON, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THATCH BAY COTTAGE MORE THAT I EVER DREAMED WE WOULD. OUR FIRST TRIP TO EXUMA AND IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST. IT WAS JUST MY HUSBAND AND I. “This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental”
