“All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. ”

“Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”

“We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But……

“The stay was some minimum insident like air condition and microwave. But in general was great”

“Our family of 10 had a terrific stay North of Georgetown! Owner communication was great, host was accommodating and the house rented left nothing to be desired. The vehicles, that also carried 10 of us, were extremely helpful in seeing the island. Hard to imagine a better rental! Friendly locals too! Not a frown own the island! Come and enjoy for yourself!”

“Bayview Villas was a wonderful experience for our family. Kayaks, beach, and terrace were all a blast to use. Car and boat rental onsite was very convenient. Host was a true pleasure to meet, and very accommodating!”

“When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing,……

“Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. Will stay here again.”

“Spectacular Views and amazing,comfortable home. We all loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped,super clean and so comfortable. Heather was so helpful and we enjoyed many of her recommendations. We would definitely stay again. Our grandkids loved it so much that one of them started crying when he figured out it was time to go home!”

“House was great. Enough space for our family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids (13, 9). Communication was easy but do wish check in instructions were given earlier. Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us. Not a huge deal but a little scary to start our trip with not knowing how to get into the home. The house was clean and as pictured. There were some linens with stains and the shower showed rust but……

“We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. ”

“We just returned from an incredible stay at Nautilus by the Sea. The house was so clean and well stocked. It’s new with all the amenities. Everything you need is provided. Monica will take care of you. She had groceries and lunch waiting when we arrived which was very much appreciated! She gave is recommendations for restaurants and anything else we needed. She is very kind and gracious. The view is breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many things you can do is paddleboard,……
