“House was great. Enough space for our family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids (13, 9). Communication was easy but do wish check in instructions were given earlier. Upon arrival I had no cell service so was not aware that the proprty manager was going to be leaving the door unlocked for us. Not a huge deal but a little scary to start our trip with not knowing how to get into the home. The house was clean and as pictured. There were some linens with stains and the shower showed rust but……

“Our family stayed here for Spring Break. Ayana (local concierge) was great to work with. She was super helpful and even met us at the airport. The home is in good shape overall and had everything that we needed to cook 8-10 meals over the space of the week. There are a couple of items that could use some maintenance work - the largest of which was that the sliding door to the backyard was really difficult to move. My 11 year old and 17 year old needed help to get it open (from the outside)……

“Exuma Dream'n is exactly as pictured with stunning views and luxury furnishings. Our two week stay could not have been more perfect. The villa is very well equipped and located in February Point with private community beaches, pools and a dock just steps from the villa - perfect for a daily boat rental. Turtles greet you each morning off the dock and each bedroom has its own balcony. The unit is zoned AC by floor ensuring maximum comfort and the mattresses are a dream. The villa's name is apt……

“We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. ”

“This is an incredible house and we had an amazing stay. The listing and pictures were all accurate and the house did not disappoint at all. If you have never been to Exhuma, it is hard to describe the setting other than you are remote, but once you get there you will be in paradise and in good hands with your host and house concierge, Judy. Like driving on the left side of the road, you will quickly acclimate to the new experience and it will be well worth the drive! And speaking of driving,……
