“The Atlantis resort has everything and we really enjoyed all of the marine habitats, endless pools, and a beautiful beach. The river rapids ride was so much fun. For the price, the condo is not nearly as nice as I had hoped. They do not provide housekeeping even though it’s part of the resort unless you pay extra fees and everything in the place needs some TLC. The grout in the tiles in the bathroom was discolored, the door was hard to open, the cabinet doors were hanging on by a thread. We did……

“Great property, very clean, beautiful grounds, easy walking access to Atlantis resort facilities. Compared to the great interactions with all the service people at the resort, the group working at the Harborside check in and reception area were not as nice, lacked basic information about transportation, resort facilities and seemed “put off” when asking them questions”

“We had a group of 8, and had plenty of room in our 3 bedroom rental. We loved having the kitchen setup, balcony and pool right outside our door. We also loved having the view of the beautiful boats in the harbor. We would definitely stay at Harborside again, the employees were all so helpful and pleasant. It was extremely easy to access the rest of Atlantis, and we enjoyed the entire property immensely.”

“We had a wonderful stay in a 3 bedroom villa. We actually had two 3 bedroom units and they accommodated us by putting them right next door. In addition we requested water view and the view was excellent. We did have a problem with a couple of appliances but the staff quickly rectified the problem. The waterpark was good but it is getting a little run down. There were areas that were permanently closed. I would recommend they provide towels by the beach. A hassle to get out to the beach and then……
