“The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. “The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. On the bright side, we still had an amazing vacation and the Bahamas are still at……
