“The Cove was beautiful with lush plants and water features filled with fish. The open air walkways had views of the ocean and pools. It was very clean and there were employees constantly available to answer questions or assist those staying at the Cove. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying at Pelican Bay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were well appointed, clean and modern. The property is very walkable with many dining options on property and close by. The location on the water is very serene and photo worthy! Pelican Bay was an excellent stay and provided great value for the money we spent.This would definitely be our first choice again.”

“We had a nice time staying at the Reef, but were disappointed in the lack of choices for dinner without the necessity of traveling to one of the other three Atlantis locations. I was also very disappointed in the lack of places to shop for souvenirs. I had to pay for a taxi downtown to find proper souvenir shops.”

“Nice place. Rooms are small but clean. Oceanview room means partial glimpse at best. Town around the hotel opens and closes when the cruise ships arrive and depart. ”

“Keva went above and beyond her duties to secure some dinner reservations for us. She was super nice and helpful and we greatly appreciated it. Tacashanae at the front desk showed much patience and understanding when dealing with a large family and some issues they were having. I was impressed.”
