“We had a great time in Eleuthera at this house! The house was beautiful with lots of fun water toys for our wide range of ages to play with from Kayaks, to a small 2 person sailboat, to a leg propelled kayak. The beach is amazing and very private. We did have a few problems (the oven was broken when we arrived) but Gregory had it repaired in a day or two. We also were able to hire a cook to come and prepare a meal for us for two of our nights and that was amazing! The house was a little bit……

“Pictures as of March 2024 depict a nice home in good condition with nice outdoor seating etc. - NOT ACCURATE - we experienced cockroaches, holes in couch, comforters and sheets, outside furniture gone or broken down. Dirty carpet in tree where hammock is depicted. I sent pictures to VRBO which they have acknowledged. I wish I could include pictures here. Unfortunately it was too late to find alternate accommodations immediately so we left first thing in the morning. This should be de-listed or……

“My family and I had a wonderful time staying at cobalt cottage. Adriane, the property manager, made the check in process smooth. He picked us up at the airport with our rental car and showed us some great local spots to get everything we needed for the stay. The location is beautiful, quiet, and near some great beaches and snorkel spots . The hanging bed was a very nice touch! “This place is by far our favorite place to stay on Eleuthera. I love waking up early, grabbing my coffee and sitting on the dock. You never know who will come visit. “Ethlyn and Harry were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. “It is hard to describe what a wonderful place Middle Cay is. Our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 children ages 5-8) just spent the best week ever there. “The owners are very up front and honest about what it is and what it isn’t. It is a wonderful off grid experience.
