“Overall we had a great stay in Spanish wells at this property. There was an easy checkin process and quick communication with the owner for all questions prior and during the stay. Great stock of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a few fishing poles, paddles boards, kayak and 2 bikes for use. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had a few basic spices and coffee. We did have an issue with the fridge/freezer cooling but Kevin did respond as soon as we let him know about it. The 4 bedrooms fit 2……

“In the pictures of property, they show 3 beaches 1rock and 2 sandy. There was only the 1 rocky beach. The others were not far, but still haft to travel to them! We a checked in and found an empty container drinking water! When I called management, the didn’t return my call. Then I texted her hours later , she texted me back on where I could go get water myself! I am a VRBO owner and I would never allow someone to check in without basic necessities!”

“We loved our visit. Alicia was very helpful in preparing for our trip, helping with airport transfer, golf cart rental, and food and activity recommendations. The house is just what we needed- the view is incredible, with a private and quiet property. The kitchen and house was well stocked with supplies. It was a beautiful 10 minute cart ride to downtown Spanish Wells and 5 minutes to stunning practically empty beaches. The restaurant across the street was super convenient too. We suggest……

“This is a cute cottage on Russell Island, just a few houses up from a shallow sandy beach great for kids and families. The home was nicely decorated, clean, the linens and bedding were fresh, kitchen stocked with some helpful cooking basics, the beach toys and kayak wonderful, as well as the hospitality from both the owner, Carole, and caretaker, Audrey. “We really enjoyed our time here. The house was just right for us and the private beach was awesome for the couple days we stayed in and did nothing. We loved kayaking in the calm waters around the house, grilling on the grill on the patio, playing cards in the evening, and simply disconnecting.
