“My wife and I brought our two young daughters and my in-laws for 8 nights at Sunnyside. It was amazing. The house is great and has been recently remodeled. The pictures are all accurate. Camille and Andrew who manage the property did a fantastic job ensuring that every detail was cared for, from transportation throughout to housekeeping to groundskeeping. It was a trip won’t soon forget!”

“My family loved everything about this stunning property - from the wonderful Concierge, Pema, and Chef, the truly spectacular grounds, ocean bay and infinity pool to the beautiful, well stocked and extremely comfortable home itself. There was also complimentary use of paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear. It was a very private and relaxing retreat to recharge and enjoy everything N Eleuthera has to offer. “We will be back, Todd and/or Mary were absolutely incredible hosts. Reading the travel planner is essential and the description on VRBO so you won’t be surprised by bugs or power outages on island. The biggest advice I would give is to bring plenty of cash there are only 2 ATMs we could find on island and one did not work on one of our cards. Almost no one takes cards. This was a challenge at first but if i would have doubled my cash I brought i would have been fine:) this island has so much……

“Baycienda is truly magical. Tom, Brenda and Sanchez are wonderful. Pack your bathing suit and sunblock and be prepared to spend your time on the water with Sanchez. Your mornings will start with the sun rise from your window, and end with the sunset over the Caribbean.”

“From the moment we arrived, we werepampered like no other place we have everstayed. The staff are amazing and no requesttoo small or large. The chef prepared mealsthat you'd enjoy at a top restaurant anywhereyou travel. The resort is spotlessly maintainedand we wish we could give it 10 stars. Five stars for check-in, cleanliness and location but it was all perfect. The location is very private and the four legged security patrol quickly became our dog away from home. We highly recommend this……

“It is hard for words to describe the Villa, except it was so incredible. The Villa was first class (Villa 2), the location and privacy was delightful. The beach was beautiful, along with the pools. Not to mention the on site Butler that would check in with you each day, set up your beach or pool supplies and the Chef would cook anything that you desired. We will be back!!!!”
