“This property has fallen into disrepair. Nothing like the condition of a previous trip. We stayed in 2 units and both had numerous defects. VRBO over promotes this property . The owner incapacitated and lost control of the situation..be aware.”

“This is an absolutely lovely place. It’s like staying at your own resort. The gardens are beautiful and you can access the ocean via the harbour side on the dock or the flats behind the tennis courts. Lots of fishing – we enjoyed a few different kinds of snapper for dinners. We’ve played pickle ball and used the kayaks a ton! Went out for a day on the tennis court side with the kayaks and saw the blue hole, counted 100+ sea stars on our way and too many sea turtles to count. We swam off the……

“The photos of this property really don't do it justice. Amazing house, where the owner has really thought and anticipated all guests needs, with high quality furnishings, and amenities. The view is just glorious, and the beach was superb. Easy to get to from the airport, and easy to get to local attractions like cherokee sound, petes pub and the neem farm. Michelle was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and helpful. Will definitely return on our next Abaco adventure”

“This is a great property! The house is in perfect condition and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including sharp knives which is rare in a rental). They have beach chairs and games available for use. The location, while a little further out, is exactly what we wanted. I wanted a place away from the crowd and we got it. It is like having your own private beach. The home owners are great to work with throughout the process. They communicated prior to the trip and helped us arrange……

“This house gives you a unique perspective on the Bahamas. It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood (except for the mating peacocks!). You have to drive 15-30 minutes to a restaurant or store. The house is old and funky but comfortable and clean. The beach in front is lovely. We didn’t use the basement bedrooms at all but they are separate and private. There was a breeze so no a/c was needed. The kitchen was well stocked. John was very helpful and it was fun to use the motorboat to explore……

“We loved staying at Bea’s place at casuarina point. The beach is really lovely and walkable with too many sea turtles to count! My hubby fly fished the flats just behind the house for bonefish. We had a lovely time exploring and chatting with Bea, who was a lovely host! Thank you!”
