“Beautiful and cozy..very cleaned ”

“It was all good. The property, pool and condo are exactly as advertised, everything was spacious and clean. Security on the grounds is good, always felt safe. The grounds and buildings are well kept. The beach is at a close walking distance and so are some smaller food markets. The Jumbo market at the San Juan Mall is bigger but you must take a taxi or a local bus for only one US dollar. Todd was prompt at communicating and organizing our taxis, and Gregory was very helpful and punctual. The……

“They get one star because they cancelled my reservation 3 days before my family's travel. We had to scramble and find new accommodations because of a scheduling/availability issue. ”

“The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“This place is a super nice, clean and spacious. We bought our own toilet paper and trash bags from home which were a huge advantage. I would stop on the way there and get ice and some food, because once you get there, no place to buy anything. There was only two places to eat in walking distance because the other hotels are inclusive only. The beach was amazing and beautiful but no waves for kids. The pool was super clean and quite. Great place for a relaxing family vacation. I would stay away……
