“The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and clean. I loved the pools in their design, length and the nature around. Mr Luis, the concierge, made my stay pleasant also. He was always available and helped resolve any issue/concern speedily. Simply a pleasure and I will return any time I get the chance. The residence is a little isolated so I would recommend renting a car to get around easily.”

“This condo is well located for dining out and shopping. It is well equipped for prepping your own meals as well. The beach restaurant was very good but pricy. Overall had a great stay and would rwturn.”

“The condominium was very nice and well maintained. The complex was secure and quiet and only about a five minute ride to the beach. The property owner was very helpful and easy to reach to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again.”

The pool was perfect for young kids as there was a shallow pool, as well as a deep area for adults. Bedrooms and living quarters were tastefully furnished, and made us feel at home during our stay. “Beautiful view of the beach, spacious for a family of 5 and walking distance to pools and a great restaurant on the water. We came for a wedding and this was a perfect place to hang and enjoy Cap Cana! Nicole was a very attentive host and gave great recommendations on local places. The marina was very quiet this time of year (Jan) but the weather perfect. We would love to come back!”

We had plenty of food and local shop options near us, so getting things was easy. The only downfall was a washing machine that didn't work properly, and the flooded streets. “We had the most amazing time celebrating our anniversary. The location truly feels like you have your own little condo on the beach. The communication and guidance was top notch and never made me feel bad about all my touristy questions :) The resort itself was small but adequate. I don't think older kids would have enough to do.”

“Not a lot of chairs around pool. Hot water for showers was sporadic Mostly warm water to cool. Tv in master bedroom was fine we had issues with the main TV and never really worked even after people came in and fixed it twice. Owner was very responsive on any issue. Good area for lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance”

"En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
